What do I do if I received a defective order?

At ThE KiD in the STORM great care goes into in the packaging of items, but if you do receive a defective order then you will be able to mail it back, and after assessing the return item a refund will be processed. For more information visit the Return Policy page.

How can I care for my item?

There is a page titled Care Instructions under the shop menu that describes how to care for your item. In addition, care instructions will be sent with the item in its shipping.
